2 x 4 deck board
Deck builders use ipe 2x4's just like a home builder uses 2x4, and then some. Deck builders use 2x4 deck boards as parts to custom rail systems and general structural construction. The Ipe 2x4 is far stronger than a regular 2x4 so tell your customer to proceed with confidence!
Our ipe 2x4 deck board isn't available in shorts boards usually. Contact us and we can custom mill it for you, even adding a tongue and groove edge or a pre grooved edge for use with deck fasteners, if you'd like!
